About me
Dr. Zetterling's field of research is process technology and device design of high temperature-frequency and high power devices in wide bandgap materials, especially SiC. Recently his work has expanded to high temperature analog and integrated circuits in SiC. He has contributed to more than 300 publications (h-index 27) including editing and writing a book on Process Technology for Silicon Carbide Devices and coauthoring a book on Guiding students away from plagiarism. Born in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1966. He received the M.Sc.E.E. and Ph.D. degree from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm, in 1991 and 1997, respectively. In 1997, he joined the Faculty at KTH, where he is currently Professor in integrated devices and circuits and head of the division of electronics and embedded systems. 2013 to 2017 he was vice dean of the School of ICT. 2005-2012 he was a teacher representative of the KTH faculty board of undergraduate studies. From 1995 to 1996, he was an Invited Scholar at the Center for Integrated Systems (CIS), Stanford University, Stanford, CA. In 1998, he spent three months as a Invited Professor at Kyoto University, Japan, and again two months in 2001 at Kyoto Institute of Technology. Dr. Zetterling has served on the technical program committee for the TMS Electronic Materials Conference and the IEEE SISC Conference. He was the chairman of one of the research review panels of the Swedish Research Council (VR NT-L) 2008-2010.
